These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Markastoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "markastoto"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at markastoto.cam (the "Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Website, or using any of the services offered by Markastoto — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, instant games, and lottery products — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to and use of Markastoto's services is subject to the following eligibility criteria, each of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account. Markastoto enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy for all gaming activities. Evidence of age will be required as part of the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must satisfy yourself that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any laws applicable to your location.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed with Markastoto or any other gambling operator or regulatory authority that would prohibit you from gambling.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or family member of an employee of Markastoto or any of its associated game studio or payment partners where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

To access real-money gaming services on Markastoto, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and a valid contact number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to ensure that all information provided during and after registration remains accurate and up to date. Any change in your personal circumstances — including a change of address, contact number, or payment method — must be reported to Markastoto support promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Identity Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Markastoto is required to verify your identity under its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You will be required to submit a legible copy of a government-issued photo identification (MyKad for Malaysian nationals, or a valid passport for foreign nationals), proof of address, and in certain circumstances, source-of-funds documentation.

KYC verification is a one-time requirement for most users, though Markastoto reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time where it deems this necessary for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You must notify Markastoto support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

By using the Markastoto Platform, you agree to use it solely for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the Platform — including but not limited to data scraping, systematic pattern extraction, automated betting systems, or resale of the Platform's services — is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Placing bets on sports events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and international tournaments) through the sports book interface.
• Participating in live casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo.
• Playing slot games, fishing games, instant games, and crash titles offered through the Platform's licensed game studios.
• Depositing and withdrawing funds using supported Malaysian payment methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and approved cryptocurrency options).
• Participating in promotions, tournaments, and loyalty programmes for which you are eligible.

5.2 Technical Access

The Platform may be accessed via any supported web browser on desktop or mobile devices. Markastoto does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all services at all times, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily limit access. Markastoto shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability due to technical maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your Markastoto Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Markastoto reserves the right to suspend accounts and reverse deposits suspected of originating from unauthorised third-party sources.

Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (compatible with Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks), and approved cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, BNB). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method, as displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to payment methods associated with your verified Account. Markastoto does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposits, or unverified payment methods. Processing times are estimates only and may vary based on payment provider timelines, verification requirements, and platform transaction volumes.

The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request where fraud risk indicators are present, where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, or where KYC documentation is incomplete.

6.3 Currency

All Account Wallet Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is credited to your Account. Markastoto does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for currency fluctuation losses.

Markastoto offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, VIP cashback, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms displayed on the applicable promotion page as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each specific bonus. Uncompleted wagering within the validity period results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus eligibility is subject to the player meeting any specified minimum deposit requirement using a qualifying payment method at the time of claiming the bonus.
• Markastoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or void any bonus offer at any time in the event of detected abuse, technical errors, or changes to the platform's promotional structure.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any strategy or behaviour intended to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without normal gameplay risk — constitutes bonus abuse. Markastoto reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where bonus abuse is detected, and may suspend or permanently ban the Account involved.

All games available on the Markastoto platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for the specific game context.

8.1 Outcome Determination

Electronic game outcomes (slots, crash games, instant games) are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game actions (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) carried out by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Markastoto does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence certified RNG results.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on events including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, international football, UFC events, and other covered sports is subject to the specific betting rules and market settlement procedures published in the sports book section. Markastoto reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregular or suspicious activity, technical pricing errors, or force majeure circumstances.

8.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the Platform's system will complete the round according to its state at the point of disconnection. Markastoto is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Markastoto platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, without disclosing this to Markastoto.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Markastoto staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the Platform's source code or proprietary technology.

All content on the Markastoto platform — including but not limited to the website design, brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Markastoto or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Markastoto.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Markastoto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Markastoto's total cumulative liability to any User arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Markastoto does not guarantee any specific outcome, rate of return, or profit from any game, bet, or promotional activity. Players accept full financial responsibility for all wagers placed.

Markastoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated policy documents.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, or suspected money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or any time thereafter.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Account holder.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (see Dormant Account policy).
• Identification of underage usage.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Account holder or a designated third party.

12.1 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. Markastoto may apply a monthly administrative fee of MYR 10 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining Wallet Balance. Where the balance reaches MYR 0, the account will be closed. Players will be notified by email prior to dormant account fees being applied.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Markastoto support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed. Closure requests submitted for responsible gambling reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and handled with priority and confidentiality.

Markastoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its users. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools that all Users are encouraged to utilise proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion through our support team. During the exclusion period, the Account will be locked and all marketing communications suspended.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders can be configured to display session duration and net spending during gameplay.

Markastoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Platform will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where practicable, by notification via email or in-platform alert.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Markastoto cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact Markastoto through our official support channels and allow a reasonable period — no less than thirty (30) calendar days — for the matter to be resolved amicably. The Platform's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle complaints, account queries, and withdrawal disputes.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of Markastoto's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as indicated in your notification of complaint outcome.
